This week we were able to plant corn and soybeans. Several rain events have forced us to move to drier areas to continue to go. Thankful for the rain as it has kept the soil moisture for planting at ideal.

We have been able to start planting soybeans here at Gingerich Farms. Currently we are waiting for a warmer nearby forecast to start the corn planters.

The weather has switched from winter to spring in early March. The bright sunshine and warmer temperatures have made it nice to work on projects. Several tile jobs are still being completed and the planting equipment has started to make it through the shop. Grain...

Merry Christmas from Gingerich Farms!

The office will be closed Thursday and Friday of this week for Thanksgiving. We are busy hauling corn and beans, spraying fall chemicals, installing tile, and continuing tillage.

Harvest has started at Gingerich Farms! We have been able to start harvesting both corn and soybeans this week!
